Let's start with the youngest. Melissa was squawking, alerting me to her desire for food....now. Occasionally, when she gets up to eat in the night, I take her to the living room so as not to disturb Matt while he is sleeping. That is what I did last night.
Middle child. Oliver was sleeping in his bed. With 94 books surrounding him.
Oldest child. Imagine my surprise when I walked out to the living room and found Mason, wide awake, playing Nick Jr. on the computer. I asked what he was doing. His reply, "I woke up too early, and I am too tired to go back to sleep."
OK then.

This totally makes me laugh.
Lilly will call out to me when I'm still up doing things and she's not asleep. "Mommy? Why are you awake? Why aren't you in bed." Hmm...seems like I could ask her the same question.
